Healing isn’t cute and calm, sometimes it’s downright messy. You meditate in the morning and cry in the afternoon. You block his number, then stalk his playlist. You buy self-help books, then post something spicy on your story. Healing and chaos can coexist and honestly, sometimes they need to.
Being “a little chaotic” doesn’t cancel your progress. It humanizes it. It means you’re still learning, still unlearning, still figuring out what works. Growth doesn’t erase personality, it refines it. So yes, you can be healing while still sending that petty text. Just less often than before.
