Your biceps might get likes. Your flexed abs might get fire emojis. But at 2 a.m. when the room is quiet, no one is spooning you because of your PR squat numbers. Muscles don’t replace presence.
Gym selfies are fine until they’re all you’ve got. If your biggest flex is your flex, congratulations, you’ve built a body but not a connection. And connection is what keeps you warm when the lights go out.
Final Thought: Abs can’t cuddle. Neither can your front-facing camera.
